Full Spectrum or THC Free?
If you are subject to any type of drug testing, then it is suggested to take THC Free. Please note if you are taking Full Spectrum oil, there is a chance for you to fail any type of drug testing even though it is .3% or less THC.

How much do I take?
It depends! The amount of CBD needed varies from person to person (weight, overall health, diet, and activity can all play a role in finding your optimal serving).
How to find your "sweet spot", your personal dosage amount?
It is recommended and very helpful if you first start by making a list and taking a self-inventory of yourself (how do you feel mentally, emotionally, physically) Revisit this list every week or every few days to monitor your progress.
Establish a routine and take the drops twice a day (morning and night). Place the drops directly under your tongue. Hold the oil under your tongue for as long as you can or at a minimum of 45 seconds. Swallow any remaining amounts.
Helpful tips: Watch the amount of drops you take in a mirror. You can also take extra dosage amounts as needed. For example, lets say in the middle of the day you begin to feel pain or experience heightened anxiety, you are able to take additional doses as needed.

CBD is an all natural supplement, plant based product. Therefore, depending on the individual, one may notice a difference on day one and for others it may take up to three weeks to experience the benefits.
